Conditions for requesting and receiving Better ASIC Firmware through the portal.

The portal MVP supports Jasminer X16-Q only and accepts requests for the dev-fee firmware version. Paid no-dev-fee firmware remains a separate Telegram process. Each request is tied to a specific device.
Review and delivery
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or compatibility. During staging, approved requests stop at 'approved, awaiting build service'; no firmware is generated or delivered until the real build service is connected and validated.
Risk and responsibility
Firmware installation and tuning can affect stability, power use, temperature, hardware life, and mining results. Profitability is not guaranteed. Follow the supplied installation and tuning guidance, change one setting at a time, and keep a path to restore original firmware.
Per-device control
Firmware is prepared per device to control distribution and reduce incorrect installation. Do not redistribute packages or attempt to use a package on a different device.
